Heartland Video Systems, Inc. (HVS), a leading broadcast systems integrator, has announced a new reseller partnership with Cuez, bringing its all-in-one, cloud-based rundown and newsroom computer system (NRCS) solutions to the U.S. market. This collaboration marks a major step forward in streamlining live production workflows for broadcasters across industries—from traditional news and sports to esports, entertainment, worship, and live events.
At the heart of this partnership is a shared mission: helping broadcasters “do more with less.” HVS brings decades of experience in broadcast consulting and integration, while Cuez contributes a next-generation platform that combines real-time collaboration, scripting, cueing, and studio automation—all in a single intuitive interface.
“By combining HVS’s expertise in media technology with Cuez’s flexible and intuitive tools, we’re making it easier — and more cost-effective — for U.S.-based customers to modernize their control rooms without compromising on performance or reliability,” said Dan Whealy, President of HVS. “This partnership represents a shared commitment to smarter solutions, operational efficiency, and delivering real impact where it counts.”
Cuez’s platform consists of three key modules—Storiez, Rundown, and Automator—designed to support remote collaboration, automate cueing, and seamlessly manage media assets and studio systems through API-based control. The system enables users to trigger graphics, lighting, video playout, and more, all without writing a single line of code.
Aaron Nuytemans, Head of Growth at Cuez, shared, “We’re excited to partner with Heartland Video Systems. It’s great to have them on board to help more teams in the U.S. discover how easy automation and modern rundowns can actually be.”
HVS will showcase the Cuez solution at the Texas Association of Broadcasters (TAB) Convention, held August 6–7 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, TX. Attendees can find HVS at booths 518 & 520 on Thursday, August 7.
