WYBN & Jeff Winemiller purchase W15DV & Move it to the Berkshires & Pioneer Valley Mass. Fall launch planned !!!

Dan Viles, General Manager of CANNY Inc. & Jeff Winemiller jointly announced WYBM TV 15 Berkshire & Springfield Mass. will take to the air this fall. The pending launch of TV service to the counties of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire & Hamden will fill a serious TV service gap.
WYBM TV 15 is a sister station to WYBN TV 14 serving the Albany NY DMA.
CANNY Inc. is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary with various business expansions.
WYBM TV 15 will reach 439,656 persons based on the 2018 flash census. The signal will replace the loss of local TV when WCDC TV 19 , Adams , Mass. was sold to the FCC & left the air in 2017.

WYBM will emulate the successful format of WYBN TV 14. Confirmed Diginets are NewsNet, FR 24 News, Sno Country Ski Reports , and Custom Weather Reports from Intellevision Weather Service, Fun Roads TV , & Newsy. Other diginets will be announced as they are confirmed.

WYBM will transmit from a communications tower in Windsor Mass.

Local weather, ski reports , tourism & golf reports are some of the TV shows planned.

Launch date is fluid but will be in 2021.
