Qualifying LPTV stations are not required to keep an OPIF for carriage-election notices, but if they are changing their election for the Jan. 1, 2027-Dec. 31, 2029 cycle, they should notify cable and satellite providers by email by this date and copy ElectionNotices@fcc.gov.
