President
Kristina Bruni serves as the Chair of the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance (ATBA), where she is dedicated to advancing the future of LPTV and over-the-top (OTT) broadcasting . She has been involved in acquiring and operating LPTV properties through Fair Play Broadcasting Inc.. Bruni actively advocates for LPTV and Class A broadcast station operators before the FCC and Congress, working to secure a stronger regulatory and economic future for the industry.

Josh Weiss is the Co-Founder and CEO of ARK Multicasting Inc., which operates one of the largest unencumbered broadcast internet networks in the United States with over 300 TV stations. With over 20 years of experience in broadcast television and production, Weiss is a prominent advocate for LPTV owners and a frequent speaker at industry conferences, championing the adoption and business models for ATSC 3.0 technology.

Mark Aitken is the Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology at Sinclair Broadcast Group, bringing a half-century of continuous engagement in broadcast technologies to his role . He has been instrumental in the broadcast industry’s migration to advanced television systems and is a leading advocate for ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV). As a member of the ATBA Board of Directors, Aitken contributes significantly to the technological advancement of the LPTV and broader broadcasting space.

Eric Wotila is the Director of Engineering at WKBW, Buffalo’s ABC affiliate, where he manages technical operations . He previously founded NewsNet, a 24-hour news network, and has made significant contributions to the LPTV industry, including his work with MI News 26, which was recognized as LPTV Station of the Year. Wotila brings his extensive technical and entrepreneurial experience to his role as a Board Member of the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance (ATBA).

Account Manager, Broadcast Distribution
Alessandro brings two decades of cross‑continental experience, having led broadcast‑distribution projects across Europe, Central and South America, and the United States. His deep knowledge of regional market dynamic, from Europe’s densely packed DVB ecosystems to the emerging ATSC 3.0 deployments in the Americas makes him a leading advocate for ATSC 3.0 and its applications, including single‑frequency networks (SFNs), datacasting, and Broadcast Positioning Systems (BPS) technology. He is also a passionate supporter of local news and low power TV stations, convinced that they are fundamental pillars of democracy. Alessandro Annoni is an Account Manager for Broadcast Distribution at Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors of the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance (ATBA).
David Neff

General Manager
David Neff is a General Manager at Anywave Communication Technologies Inc., bringing over 40 years of experience in the broadcast and electronic media industry. He serves on the Board of Directors for the ATBA and is a key figure in the development and implementation of ATSC 3.0 digital broadcast television standards. Neff has been instrumental in advancing television technology, particularly through Anywave’s integrated solutions for LPTV stations.

Lee oversees ATBA’s operations, advocacy coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Board and Executive Committee, Lee manages regulatory filings, membership programs, and industry partnerships on behalf of broadcast station operators nationwide.
