DESCRIPTION:Qualifying LPTV stations are not required to keep an OPIF for carriage-election notices\, but if they are changing their election for the Jan. 1\, 2027-Dec. 31\, 2029 cycle\, they should notify cable and satellite providers by email by this date and copy ElectionNotices@fcc.gov.
