Snoqualmie, WA   (March 13, 2017)  – Edge Spectrum Inc (ESI) announced today the acquisition of sixty operating Low Power Television (LPTV) Stations  and ten LPTV construction permits from Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) in a move that will continue and enhance the 3ABN mission.  The full terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
